Mock API Builder is a free tool for building and hosting mock APIs. The service is provided as-is with no guarantee of uptime, availability, or data persistence.
Account Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep your credentials secure
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Do not share accounts or create multiple accounts
- Report unauthorized access to support@mockapibuilder.io
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal activity
- Bypass or attempt to bypass security measures
- Upload or transmit malicious code
- Scrape or extract data at scale
- Impersonate others
Intellectual Property
- Your data: You retain ownership of your projects and API data
- Our service: The application, code, and branding belong to us
- License: You grant us a limited right to store and serve your data to operate the service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee uptime, reliability, or data retention. Do not rely on the service for critical production use.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DATA LOSS OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION.
Total liability is limited to $0.
Termination
- You may delete your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Data is deleted after account removal
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
